How to view your subscriptions and unsubscribe from emails

Once you've connected your accounts you'll start to see your subscription emails in Leave Me Alone. If you didn't connect any accounts yet then do go here and that first!
To unsubscribe from the emails you don't want just click the unsubscribe button and we'll take care of the rest.
How we unsubscribe you
We use metadata (information that your email client doesn't show you) of your emails to find the unsubscribe link and remove you from the list automatically.
If there's no unsubscribe link, we send a removal request on your behalf from a unique address that identifies your subscription. The sender receives this as a standard unsubscribe request.

What if it doesn't work
Most unsubscribes happen within a few minutes. Some senders, especially those where we had to send an email request, can take a few days to process.
If you're still getting emails after a week, get in touch and we'll look into it.
