How to switch from logging in with another provider to using an email and password

Logging in with a provider like Google? You can switch to an email and password instead. Password login also lets you use two-factor authentication.

How to switch

  1. Go to the Security settings page.
  2. Under Change log in method, click Switch to password log in.
  3. Follow the steps to finish switching.
