Your data belongs to you, you can export or request any of your Blocklist data.
We only export senders on Your blocklists which includes the Unsubscribed Emails and Custom Blocklist. It does not include anything added to the Built-in blocklists.
From your Blocklists page you will find an Export button. This exports your senders directly to a Gmail filters XML file, which can be imported into your Gmail.
