If you’re leaving us, you have connected Gmail accounts, and you no longer want emails from unsubscribed senders to be moved out of your inbox, you’ll need to take one of two actions.
Option 1: Remove the Unsubscribed Mailing List Filter
- First click the settings button in Gmail and click "see all settings"
- Then click the "filters and blocked addresses" option
- Then find the filter that is applying the label "unsubscribed mailing list" (this is a filter we create to move any new things that you unsubscribed from with us). There might be multiple of these and they'll be quite large with lots of email addresses.
- Delete it
Option 2: Remove the Unsubscribed Senders from Blocklists
If you’ve not yet disconnected your Gmail account/s, you can take the following steps, otherwise you’ll need to follow Option 1.
- Head to Shield→Blocklists in the sidebar.
- Navigate to the "Unsubscribed emails” blocklist.
- Select the desired account.
- Remove any senders who’s emails you no longer wish to be removed from your inbox.
