Can I get a refund?

How to request a refund inline with our ToS

If you purchased via Mailbird:

You’ll need to reach out to Mailbird for any billing queries, you can do so here: https://support.getmailbird.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you purchased via Setapp:

Your Setapp subscription includes access to Leave Me Alone as standard, if you no longer want your Setapp subscription you’ll need to reach out to them directly, which you can do here: https://support.setapp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you purchased directly:

If you’d like a refund for any reason, drop us an email explaining the situation and we’ll do our best to honor your request. - support@leavemealone.com

Keep in mind, our refund policy is as follows: “If you are not happy with the service, or have a problem that we cannot help with and request a refund, we will issue it in full via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Only payments less than 60 days old will be considered for refund.”
