Can't find an email? Your [Mail history](https://app.leavemealone.com/history) shows the **last 48 hours** of emails we've processed for your account, and what we did with each one.

## Filter what you see

You can filter the list by **all actions**, **screened**, **spam**, **rolled**, **unsubscribed**, or **allowed**.

## What the labels mean

Each email has a label showing what happened to it. Here are some you'll see:

| Label | What it means |
|-------|---------------|
| **screened** | The Screener held it because it's from a new sender. |
| **blocked** | It's from a sender you've blocked. |
| **spam** | The Spam Blocker matched it with our spam check. |
| **cold** | The Spam Blocker thought it was a cold sales email. |
| **adult** | The Spam Blocker flagged it as adult or explicit content. |
| **blocklisted** | It matched your Custom Blocklist. |
| **rolled** | It was added to one of your Rollups. |
| **unsubscribed** | It's from a sender you've unsubscribed from. |
| **priority** | It's from a Priority Sender, so it went straight to your inbox. |
| **allowed** | We let it through to your inbox. |
| **held** | Do-not-disturb is holding it until your schedule ends. |

## If an email was blocked by mistake

Check [How does the Spam Blocker work?](/doc/how-does-the-spam-blocker-work-2gM0V8TdKV) or [How to block emails with the Screener](/doc/how-to-block-emails-with-the-screener-TW6cc6ERbR) for how to get it back. You can also move it back to your inbox from your mail client.

Older than 48 hours? It won't show up here. Try the [search box](/doc/searching-and-filtering-mail-pXZT1xcdSn) instead, or [get in touch](https://app.leavemealone.com/settings/support) and we'll help.
